Hi, I'm trying to schedule tasks using the scheduled
tasks feature in windows xp. However when I click to add
new tasks the only task I see in the drop down list is
disk clean up, other tasks such as scan disk or defrag are
not listed? I have searched for the executable file for
some tasks like defrag and scheduled the task. However at
the scheduled time it just opens the program but doesn't
run.

Is there an article on recommended tasks and how to
schedule them?
