SATA hdd problems

- I have W2000 installed on (12th) PIV 2,4Mz, MB Intel
D845PEBT2, HDD 120Gb SATA Quantum Baracuda,
Daily, at least one of them, falls down: at boot a blue
screen apear with a message that some files are corrupted,
I can not even enter in SafeMode, the Repair does not
solve the problem ... and I should reinstall W2000, and
after few day the problem apear again.

Is w2000 problem, SATA drivers ?
