Sapphire radeon 9200se bad s-video output

Hi all,
I linked my 9200se with s-video cable, the pictures on the tv are very
noisy, I don't understand where is the problem.
Cable is ok
The composite output is ok
teh picture is noised but not BW.
Pls. help me
