I'm using MS Office XP Word and trying to print single envelopes on my
Samsung ML-1710 laser printer. My problem is that I cannot
consistantly get the printer to "hold" the envelope until it has
received the data to print.
In Word as well as the Envelopes and Labels window I select Manual
Feed but the printer sucks in the envelope before I click Print and
ejects it unprinted through the output. Every once in a while (if I
hold my tougue just right) I get the sequence correct and it gets
printed. Most often it takes several tries.
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
