Hi:

I have four Dell Inspiron 2500 laptops, that
all have Linksys Wireless NIC's. On two of
them the "safely remove hardware" icon is
present and on the other two it is not.
I am using the same driver for the wireless
NIC on all four units. How do I get this
icon to appear on all four on my machines
in the notification area???

regards and thanks

dan

It's usually a driver issue. Are you using the same driver on all machines.
If the NIC came preinstalled from the factory, you should contact Dell about
this issue.
