Rules Wizard deletes all rules when using Outlook 2000 & 2003

A client is running Windows2000 / Office2000 on his desktop. He is running
Windows XP Pro / Outlook2003 on his laptop. I can setup Rules in 2000, save
to server and they work fine. Log onto laptop, the rules do not showup and
are now gone from the 2000 box. I exported the rules from 2000, but cannot
import them into 2003. HELP!
