rshsvc

My company had our WinNT 4.0 server crash completely, so
we had to transfer all of our licensing etc. over to a
Win2k server. One of the services that was not on the
Win2k server, but was on the WinNT 4.0 server was RSHSVC.
We purchased the resource disk and installed the service
as indicated and it is in the c:\winnt\system32
directory. The problem is, it won't start. If you go to
services and right click and start. It gives you the bar
grapg like it's trying to start, but the an error window
pops up and give you "error 1067 the process terminated
unexpectedly". If you do it from the command line it
gives you the message "more help available by typing net
helpmsg 3523". We did have to add a token-ring card to
this server to make it work (not by my choice) and it has
effected other programs on this server. I have no idea
what I can do to fix this problem, can anybody help?
