Hello!

I am running Windows 2000 Terminal Server with SP3 and Citrix Metaframe XPe
FR2. I have installed MS03-026 and MS03-039 on these servers. This seems to
have caused some roaming profile problem. Some profiles are not deleted when
the user logs off, and I am not able to delete them(unless I reboot the
server). When a user happens to come on the same server the profile still is
(usrclass.dat and usrclass.log is remaining), the users profile is not
loaded (access denied). These profiles has the name temp.001, temp002.....

Anyone know what to do with this problem?

Hi,

Yes this is a known problem. It doesn't seem to be very
widespread though.

You need to call Microsoft and ask them for hotfix
827825.

I am having the same problem but according to Microsoft there isn't an KB
article 827825. Can anyone clarify?

Hi Richard,

That is correct, article 827825 does not YET exist. It
will soon. That does not mean that the hotfix is not
available though. Just call Microsoft and request it.
