Roaming Profiles Over VPN

I am having an issue with Roaming Profiles over the VPN.

I have configured everything to allow full connectivty
to/from the remote site. The IP on the workstation is
static with the DNS and WINS both pointing to the
DNS/WINS in the main office where the Active Directory
servers are located. I can ping everything perfectly. I
can also map and use every network resource without a
problem.

If I ping the workstation name from the main office,
resolution is immediate and the ping is within the 40ms
range.

PROBLEM: Without fail, every time I log onto the remote
workstation as the username and logging into the domain
(not local workstation), the profile is not loaded and I
get a LOCAL profile added under System Settings rather
than a roaming profile. Even if I change the profile to
roaming, it still will not load the profile.

The VPN has been configured to allow NetBIOS on both
ends. It is firewall to firewall, not firewall to client.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks..
