What could be causing my ris server to totally skip
the "custom portion" of the initial installing of an
operating system via ris and also not display uploaded
images that were done via riprep? The machine I am trying
to download the riprep image to is the same brand and
model that the image came from.

Reasons:
1. Your Group Policy may not allow Custom Setup. This is set by user.
2. NTFS permissions on the SIF file in each image may prevent them from
being seen by some users.
3. The HAL may be different between the RIPPREP image the client that is
trying to acquire the image.
4. If there is only one image available the custom image choice may be
skipped.
