Hi,

I would like to know how to modify the RIS unattended installation.

The problem I have is that Acrobat Reader 4 is part of the standard
installation and that when, on a workstation, you uninstall Acrobat 4,
it automaticly reinstalls itself when you open an acrobat file. That
even when I've installed Acobat reader 6 and configured it to be the
one used every time you open an acrobat file.

ps : I am new to this so any step by step would be appreciated.

If the Reader program was installed in the RIPREP image, then it's there for
good unless it was installed with the GUIRunOnce Section of the SIF file.
If it's mentioned in the SIF, then remove that entry.

Perhaps the best bet is to create a new RIPREP image for RISing and deploy
Reader by group policy. Here is how to get the MSI for Reader 6 (Thanks to
