I am running Windows XP Pro with every available update up to 09Nov09. I
have IE8 also with every update available. I do not have the Google toolbar
nor did I ever have it as I have read from other posts that using that
toolbar has caused right mouse click problems. My right click feature always
worked without an issue, suddenly does not work. i have tried it on another
PC with the same OS and browser with the same updates and it works fine.
Right click does not seem to work while on the internet but does work for
other apps. I have tried system restore without luck, I have tried rolling
back the newer updates without success. I do not believe it is a hardware
problem because the mouse works on my other computer. This seems to only
occur while on the web trying to even copy text. i am using the same
IBM/Lenovo USB travel mouse that I have been using for a couple of years.
Can anyone help me out? Is there any evidence of recent MS updates that can
be causing this issue?
