restrict report info

Is there a way to set reports that only allow users to run
the reports on their own user id even though they have full
access to the table info? Manager here does not want users
running production numbers on co-workers to compare work.
Looking for something to the effect of if you are logged in
under your user id then can only access your id's
information.
