Somehow I lost files & folders. Their names, locations, connections &
shortcuts are gone. I System Restored yet i have duplicates and empty
folders. I chatted with the techs online but not much help. They are great
and this is an HP TouchSmart IQ846 TouchScreen 25.5" Desktop computer that is
smarter than I am. I also have called and written for the free upgrade for
Windows 7 - but alas - i am now on back order due to this mess. I also have
to register everything including my 2 year warranty for home calls to stuff
that won't work on here. Oh more's the pity, I always used to say. Even my
McAfee Anti-Virus doesn't have the right internet connection for its Firewall
and I hate all the time i spend working on here w/o really having those level
2 techs help me. could you please?
