I reloaded Windows on a Win98 machine, and the Internet and Tcpip
settings were working before then.
Now I get an error message any time I want to use anything that
involves Tcpip. The webbrowser program saids that it cannot find
a network socket for tcpip to use.
Last time I had this problem I was running Win95, and could go back
and initialize the Tcpip settings by running a batch program under the
windows directory Ws2backup....called ws2backup.bat. That resets
and reloads the network protocols and drivers.
How can I do the same thing under Win98, or any other windows besides
Win95 ??
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
