I used to be able to respond to an open e-mail using the reply, reply to all,
forward etc. buttons on a toolbar, this toolbar has disappeared. Can anyone
help me to get it back? Thanks in advance.

open an email and in the select in the menu: "View/Toolbar/Standard"
