Hi,
I want to create a custome form with IPM.Note format and publish it in
Public folder, so certain group of people in my organization can reply to it.
I am stuck. I wrote couple of codes didn't work. Can someone write me a code
for that please. I am not good with coding.

It might help if you provided some information about what functionality you want this form to have.
