I browsed internet thru usb internet access. Then I turned off my computer
without taking out the internet usb. Then again I switch on my computer. Now
I got a blue screen with welcom message and there was a user name of me.
This is not the window I got as usually getting. What is wrong?
Then as per my friend's instruction I put windows xp professional CD to
repair. While I do this installation over upto "Installing windows".
Suddenly
I got a message window as following details :
The software you are installing for this hardware:
Realtek High Definition Audio
has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with
windows xp.

On this message there is "yes" "no" option button. Now cursor not
working.
So I cannot go for further step. Installation also stuck.

There is written as follows :
Setup will compleete in approximately: 34 minutes
What can I do? Please comment.

This is a common Windows installation problem at the 34 minute mark. This is
the sign of a bad driver that is on the system that you need to remove to be
able to continue. If your system is already complaining about a driver I
would boot from a Bart PE or Linux System Rescue CD and delete or rename
that driver then attempt the repair of the installation again.

hi i can suggest an idea which would be to try last known good
configuration. if that does not work you could use a restore point if you
have one from previous to the problem, and see if that helps. if all fails
start the computer in safe mode, and uninstall, then reinstall. if i have
understood your problem correctly these should work. please let me know if
these were of any help. i have just begun my path on the i.t ladder, and
value your feedback.thx.

The problem with your suggestion is, she has already started a repair
install, that would not allow for last known good boot configuration to be
saved.
Also please use punctuation in your sentences, makes it easier to read.
doesn't have to be perfect, just easier to read.
