Repackaging WordPerfect 2002

Hi Group. I am trying to repackage Corel Office 2002, but not having any
luck at all. Because the program is already MSI, I did an Msiexec /a to
create an administrator install, I then install the package, where it
installs ok, but none of my shortcut works. The shortcuts all appear in
program menu, but when click on they launch a DOS window. Can anyone help?
Also, could someone tell me the correct way to do a Transform. I just
started repackaging. Wininstall 8.1 is the repackaging tool being used.
