Rename shared file

Hi.

I have an application with several processes.

All processes wirtes to shared file and I'm using lock\unlock of the
file to enable it.

When the file become big enough, I want to rename it , close it and
open a new file that the processes will start to write into it.

The problem is that I can't rename the file because it's shared.

What can be done?
