Rename remote Win 2000 computers

Hi!

I need to rename about 250 Win 2k PC-s on my LAN.
All computers are part of domain. So... I need to retain
domain membership

Is there any decent program or
procedure to do this?

There is utility NetDom, but it can't rename Win 2000
computers (netdom renamecomputer). For XP-s only
