I took over an office manager position and I cannot get the old name off of
the Outlook Mailbox Folder. How do I rename this folder and still keep all
the properties this person had? I go to File, Folder, and the rename mailbox
is not highlighted. I believe this person, who is no longer here, will be
listed forever.

File-> Data File Management...-> select the folder-> Settings...-> field
