Rename Default Profile in Outlook 2007

I'm running Outlook 2007 against Exchange Server 2003.

I know in older versions of Outlook you could rename your default
mailbox/pst but was unable to find instructions to accomplish this correctly
with 2007 so I'm concerned it either can't be done or requires different
steps than for older versions.

Can anyone confirm or deny this is allowed in 2007 and if so, is there an
article or help file somewhere that I can follow to ensure this is done
correctly?

Thanks.
