REMOVE wininstalled package cause IE problem

I use original plugins setup program to install the plugins then
uninstall later. Everything seems fine.

If I use wininstall to rebuild above plugins, the installation is OK
without any problem. However if I remove the plugins then I found my
IE cannot be startup because IE has encoutered a problem with
googletoolbar2.dll.

Does anyone out there has encountered similar problem? If yes, any
suggestions.
