My laptop computer was attacted by amvo.exe (together with amvo0.dll).
I tried to follow the steps from http://digitalpbk.blogspot.com/2008/...ory-stick.html, but everytime the virus just come back.

In one of the step above, i was supposed to install the sw from www.bpftp.com, to list all the hidden files. Using the sw from bpfpt, i can find amvo.exe and amvo0.dll. I can delete the amvo.exe, but cannot delete amvo0.dll.

Does anyone knows better way to remove with amvo.exe ?
How to prevent the viurs from coming back ?

Do you have any anti-virus software installed? That should be your first step!

Try running Housecall, an online AV scanner to see if that can do it for now:

edit : Just checking, when you say "cannot delete amvo0.dll" - can you find the file, but it won't let you delete it? If so, try this tool.

Try removing in safe mode ... after you do a scan from HC.
