Remote assistance disconnects for unique user

Anyone have any ideas to help me...

Remote assistance will not stay connected for one particular user.
Workstation is on domain and RA works for other users on this same machine.
When user accepts remote assistance it immediately disconnects.

Is there a windows profile setting that would cause this?
