I have some aps I run very often. Each time they start I get asked if they
are OK. Especially annoying for those that that fire off at startup. Any way
for Vista to remember the good guys as stop bugging me?

Unfortunately, no. There's no way to white-list specific applications.

(If this were possible, there would be sneaky ways that evil programs could
ride on the coattails of the good applications).
