how do you refresh/ reload and repair the registry in
windows XP

oh no i know enough to screw things up thats how im in
this perdicament. I backed up my registry then messed
with it and now my GUI won't boot and so i used my boot
disk and am stuck in DOS please advise. how do i reload my
registry from dos
