Redeploy MSI files from an administrative installation

Hi !

Can anyone tell me what exactly happens when i from
Active Directory redeploy an MSI fil from an
administrative network installation. The case is that the
customer want to redeploy an MSI file which is Startup
guide conatining many .html files and one .exe file. The
customer wants to be able that change the .html files on
the network file share and then redeploying the package.
The .html files are not reinstalled, even though the
package is redeployed. What is wrong ?
