Recover Offline Files!

How do I recover the offline files on a PC was has been
removed from a domain and moved into a workgroup. I am
unable to rejoin the PC to the domain because the user in
a remote location with no network connection. We can view
the files using the "View Files" button from the Folder
Options. But when we try to open the files we get an error
message, "File Does Not Exist" or words to that effect.

Please Help!!!!
