One (important) email address does not get to the recipient. It's the only
one that does not. If I send him an email from my on line server, he gets
it. I am positive that I have the address correct. I have removed him and
then re-entered him into the Contacts list by right clicking on his email
that is in my Inbox. I have reviewed every box that I can access. I am
stumped. Why won't this work? I changed over from Outlook Express, to
Outlook, and that is when I started having this problem. I get an email
confirmation in my sent box that says that it was mailed. He has checked his
blocked senders list and I am not there.

Start troubleshooting by removing the entry for this address from the
autocompletion cache.
