receiving duplicate email when checking via pop3

Hi,
I check email in office using outlook 2003, exchange 2003 and server 2003.
Email goes to my pst on laptop. Leave office go home check via pop3 and
receive the same emails that I received throught the day. Any idea how to
stop this ?
