Is it possible to set read only access on tables, reports,
queries, etc.? We have a multiuser DB that Admin uses and
I would like everyone to be able to open the database and
input information in the forms we have created. So
basically they only need to have access to the Forms tab.
Everything else needs to be read only for them. Is this
possible? How will this work over a network? Does everyone
need to have a password set up? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Mayra

You'll need to install user level security to accomplish that. Read the
Security FAQ and follow it to the letter. Pay particular attention to the
section on RWOP (read with owner's permission) queries.
