EVERY TIME A SEND AN E-MAIL, I GET TWO MESSAGES THAT SAY THE MESSAGE WAS
READ. I NEVER SET UP ANYTHING TO GET THIS READ MESSAGE NOTIFICATION AND IT
COMES IN DUPLICATE FOR EVERY MESSAGE I SEND. I DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THAT A
MESSAGE WAS READ. HOW WAS THIS SET UP, CERTAINLY, NOT BY ME

First of all, you need to unlock tour Caps Lock key because it is considered bad form
in most forums and newsgroups to post in all CAPS.

In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Options, Receipts, and uncheck that first option.
