Hi,

This is a Vista group, not an XP one. Assuming that you have installed SP3,
you must be using XP as there is no SP3 for Vista.

Support for any software should come from that software vendor. These groups
are to provide support for issues specific to the operating system, not for
the software a user installs into it.
