This value is stored in the Default users area of the Registry.

Go to: HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

and look for the wallpaper items. It might be there. Just delete the value and leave it blank.

someone played a joke on me and when i hit ctrl alt del
to lock my workstation, i get a picture of someone from
my office that i don't want there. how do i get rid of
