Hi Josiah,
What kind of user are logged on with when you have these problems? Most
games require you to be logged on as a user with administrative privileges
to install them, some also require this level to run correctly.

mate..... go to Windows Profiles.... and make an ADMIN
profile........ and use that profile to install your
games on.......

I have OFP as well.... and it did the same for me....

just make an admin profile.. with FULL ACCESS rights and
your set.......
