Back in my working life, we used Quadro cards on our CAD stations. I was
very satisfied with the performance and reliability. I'm not familiar with
Mathematica, but the 600 is an entry level card. You can get some info here
http://www.nvidia.com/object/workstation-solutions.html on the Quadro, and
here http://www.geforce.com/Hardware/GPUs/geforce-gtx-560 for the GTX 560.
