Sorry, I don't know how you could do this without a bunch of code (and
I'm not a coder).
But, you can save your drawn objects to the clip gallery or orgainzer so
they're readily available for re-use. If you want more info on how to do
that, holler back.

Specifically, has anyone every heard of or know where I could try to get a PP modification to line types that would provide me with an option to select a line type that depicts a cold front, a warm front, or an occluded front, symbology for thunderstorms, rain, rain showers, snow, snow showers, etc...? My current job requires producing weather charts that are displayed in PP. The only means we currently have now is to draw solid lines, change the color to red, blue, or purple, create and attach the appropriate pips to the line (warm, cold, or occluded), and edit the curvature of the line by editing the points of the line. This is a very drawn-out process and I'm looking for a more efficient solution, one that might be as easy as selecting the line type and weight, and drawing it. If anyone knows of anything that may be of help, please let me know,
