RE: Busy Cursor
A lot of people do associate it with it being slow. If it's available to
click somewhere and it work, lose the busy cursor. With dual core CPU's, I
see this as being less of an issue.
I see the majority of Vista being deployed in new PC's (which by next year
should be majority dual core), so the issues shouldn't be as great then.
With dual core CPU's and higher RAM, multitasking will be better, and the
busy cursor will be less seen. But when it is, it is bothersome....
