      21st Feb 2004
Open Control panel, d-click Network Connection, select the connection you
want to disable ICF on, right-click, select Properties, click the Advanced
tab, unselect Protect my computer . . .

Not a good idea unless you have another firewall you plan on using . . .
surfing without a firewall is asking the thief to enter your home.
