Owen,

Are you running this over the network? Do you have the w2ksp4.exe copied
locally? Are you on a Domain, or a Workgroup?
I need more information to help you. Can you give me repro steps?

Thanks

-A

Hi Andrew

I tried downloading w2ksp4.exe and running it locally
yesterday - still no success. I am on a University Domain
and have Administrator access to my PC and all other
applications (virus checker, etc ) have been closed. The
error seems to occur when it gets to the installation of
the wkstamig.inf file.
When I try the windows help on "Access denied" I get
the "File encryption overview" and I wonder if a file has
been encrypted somewhere along the line.

Thanks

Owen
