hmmm...stranger yet...at the very bottom left corner of
http://www.sover.net/~whoi/Index.html, as it is loading, appears a
temporary banner/logo for FRESHdownload, which I had very briefly about
a year ago....if I hit 'escape' quickly, that banner disappears and the
page does NOT redirect. I did a search with PowerDesk and found I still
had a folder under Windows/profiles/startmenu for FreshDownload....I
deleted that, but the 'problem' still occurs...(not sure why it would
make any difference anyway!)....maybe running a registry cleaner will
help.
I really can't believe SOS put that banner/link/redirect there, and am
trying to see if my system is doing it,,,
