You have not given much information to enable the problem to be diagnosed.
Does the error occur during the boot process or or after. If after, what are
you doing when the error occurs?
Are there any other errors in the Application and System logs on or about
the same time as the error namely Date: 3/31/2009 and Time: 22:20:03?
A problem with this error is that something, probably a driver, is passing
an instruction through svchost.exe to ntdll.dll. To remedy the error you
need to identify what is starting the procedure and this is never easy. We
need more clues.
A speculative thought. Are you or have you tried to use Microsoft Fax or an
All in One Printer / Scanner which has a fax capability?

Hope this helps.
