"The exact same error message solution" has TWO parts to it, one part is to
remove Surfairy (which you don't have). The OTHER part is to:
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Click to clear the "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires
restart)" check box.
5. Click "Apply", and then click "OK".
