There are higher capacity CD's available but you need a fairly modern drive
to take advantage of them. As your file is only 3mb over the disc capacity
and your burning software supports it, you should be able to use the
"overburn" feature which should allow you to get the extra bit on the disc
(Nero Burning Rom supports this).
Otherwise, you need an avi editing program such as Virtual DUB (free and
excellent) to cut out the part you don't want. You'll find download links
