I love responding to myself :>)

The problem was my router. I solved it (thanks to MVP Doug Knox) by mapping
my Private IP Address on Port 3389 to Public using "Virtual Server" settings
on the router.

I love even more responding to myself twice :^\

It appears my outbound router was not the problem at all, it was some
network problem on the other end (I guess... blush)
