Yes, you're absolutely right - I found the new "Jennifer" voice where you
told me to look. However, it doesn't show up in any other programs. Guess
I'll have to call ScanSoft again. Thanks for the help.

I have exactly the same program. Right-click on the microphone, go to
tools, options, clicking on the text-to-speech tab should show a box with
the name of the voice in it. As far as I know it was installed with the
program.
Have you gotten into using the program of much yet yourself, any ideas or
suggestions for using it?
In looking in the program files I see three files listed for the Jennifer
name they are; C:\Program
Files\ScanSoft\NaturallySpeaking\Program\lhsp\rsstdv2\enu\rsstdv2_enu_jennif
er_f11.dat, C:\Program
Files\ScanSoft\NaturallySpeaking\Program\lhsp\rsstdv2\enu\rsstdv2_enu_jennif
er_f11.dll and C:\Program
Files\ScanSoft\NaturallySpeaking\Program\lhsp\rsstdv2\enu\rsstdv2_enu_jennif
er_f11.hdr. From that I must presume that they were installed with DNS
naturally speaking version 7 preferred.
What type of install did you do? I installed the default recommended, seems
to use less memory than the complete install.

| Any ideas on where else I can get it?
