You can't. You can change the drive letters of everything except the
drive Windows is on. Unless you are willing to reinstall again,
Windows has to stay on I:.
There are no "rightful titles," by the way. What you have is unusual,
but there are no problems having it the way you do. My computer has a
combination diskette drive/media card reader, so for much the same
reasons as on your computer (the card reader takes C:, D:, and E

, my
first hard drive is F:. I've never had any problems with that setup,
unusual as it may be.
