Hello Jay,

There is not currently a way to re-deploy software using only group policies
to one specific workstation, without creating a brand new policy and only
granting that workstation the ability to read the policy.

When someone uses the add/remove programs to remove an installed application
that was assigned by the GPO, the default behavior when the computer reboots
is to advertise that product, not reinstall it. This is by design and is a
function of the Application Deployment Client Side Extentions. When the
policy gets assigned, an AAS file is created on the server as well as the
workstation. This is what lets the machine know it's had the policy,
however, removing this AAS file on the workstation will not re-assign the
application.

Other products, such as SMS give a more more flexible way of deploying,
re-deploying and controlling applications.

Hope this helps.
